This site is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Phone: +33 9 72 10 10 07. www.ovhcloud.com.

Personal data
This site processes personal data in two places: the contact form and audience measurement.
Contact form: what is collected and why
Your name, email address and message, so that I can reply. Nothing else. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering a request you send me.
Where the data goes
The form sends an email to delporte.to@icloud.com. The server passes the message on and keeps no copy. The email lands in my iCloud mailbox (Apple). Apple may process this data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Nobody else has access to it.
How long
I keep the email while handling your request, then for at most 12 months after our last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a readable format. Just write to delporte.to@icloud.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority:www.cnil.fr/en/plaintes.
Audience measurement
To know which pages are read and where visitors come from, I use PostHog, hosted in the European Union. Data goes through t.theodelporte.fr before reaching PostHog. No IP address is kept and nothing you type into a form is sent.
Without your consent, measurement is limited to anonymous counting: pages viewed, time spent, referring page, device type. No cookie or storage is placed on your device. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is visited.
If you accept, measurement becomes detailed: country and city derived from the IP address before it is discarded, clicks, scrolling and an anonymised recording of the visit, with input fields masked. A cookie and local storage then recognise your browser from one visit to the next, for at most 13 months. The legal basis is your consent.
Your choice is kept for 6 months in the site's own cookie. You can change it at any time with the “Measurement preferences” link at the bottom of every page; declining stops detailed measurement immediately. Measurement data is kept for at most 25 months.
Logs
The server's technical logs do not keep IP addresses.
