A business process lives in a dozen shared Excel files, with versions that drift apart and nobody sure which one is current. Or a ready-made tool does 80% of what you need and forces you to work around the rest.

What I deliver

The whole application: data model, business logic, interface, authentication, roles, deployment. I pick the stack for the project — FastAPI or Flask depending on complexity, React or Next.js for the interface, PostgreSQL for persistence. The goal stays the same: a tool your teams actually use, with an architecture that evolves without starting over.

A concrete example

For a personal GDPR-oriented document platform (DOXA) I designed the whole thing: access modelling, audit trail, a consultation interface. The same work applies to an internal company tool.
